Printers

I don't understand how I go to one of the premier universities in the nation and yet their printer network sucks. There are always problems with these printers whether they are down in one location, all locations, make hideous squeaking noises like right now, or are just old and break down. I don't understand why Notre Dame can't make an investment in better quality printers for everyone to use. Sometimes I would really like to see what they budget their money towards and really figure out what can be rearranged.
